About the position
An award-winning personal injury law firm in Hendersonville is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney. The role focuses on client representation in personal injury cases, requiring a strong commitment and the ability to manage cases from intake to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake to completion.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Handle discovery processes.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Prepare for trials and negotiate settlements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury or general litigation.
- Proficiency in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong academic background from an ABA-approved law school preferred.
- Licensed in Tennessee and in good standing.
Nice-to-haves
- Trial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a collegial office environment.
