• Assist clients in coordinating with medical providers.
• Prepare case files for submission to the demand department.
• Deliver superior client service throughout the case management process.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of personal injury case management experience.
• Detail-oriented with a positive outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
• Experience handling a large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
• Proficiency in Litify is a huge plus.
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
