The Personal Injury Case Manager/Legal Assistant position at a growing Broward Law Firm involves managing a large volume of personal injury cases from start to finish. The role requires a highly organized individual who can effectively assist attorneys by preparing necessary documentation, negotiating medical bills, and maintaining accurate case files. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in personal injury law and a strong commitment to providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a large volume of personal injury cases from beginning to end.
  • Prepare letters to open files and demand letters for cases.
  • Negotiate medical bills and finalize closing statements.
  • Maintain organized and updated case files with accurate information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and vendors.
  • Meet deadlines while managing a variety of concurrent tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Case Manager in Florida.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Legal administrative experience in personal injury law.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
