Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with clients and insurance companies and provide case updates promptly
• Organizing and maintaining electronic case files within company software (Filevine)
• Manage between 50-70 pre-litigation files from A-Z from intake to demand
• Assisting clients with their treatment and property damage claims

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 1-5 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Excellent phone manners
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and organized
