About the position

The Personal Injury Case Manager position at Protection Law Group, LLP involves managing personal injury claims and advocating for clients throughout the claims process. The role requires fluency in Spanish and a strong background in personal injury law, with a focus on providing excellent client support and ensuring all necessary documentation is handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake to written demand.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of claims, gathering relevant information and documentation.
  • Create and maintain physical and digital case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing and filing insurance claims, ensuring all forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Request police reports.
  • Manage and follow up on client care.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about case progress and addressing any questions or concerns in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist clients in understanding their rights and options.
  • Generate status reports for attorneys outlining case progress, client needs, and any outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate with medical providers and other lien holders to manage and negotiate liens on behalf of clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain all necessary documents related to the case, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information.
  • Send demand letters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Case Manager in personal injury.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law and claims processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
  • Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
