About the position
The Personal Injury Case Manager will be responsible for managing client cases in the personal injury law sector. This role involves direct interaction with clients, conducting intakes, maintaining files, and facilitating communication between clients and attorneys. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and conducting new client intakes
- Maintaining client files
- Translation between client and attorney
- Drafting and handling correspondence and email
- Managing prelitigation matters for personal injury cases
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to operate a multiline telephone system with high volume calls
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- 2 years of experience in personal injury law
