About the position
The Personal Injury Case Manager will be an integral part of the personal injury team, assisting clients who have suffered injuries from various incidents such as car crashes and slips/trips. The role involves communication with clients, coordination of medical treatments, and collaboration with insurance companies and medical providers to ensure clients receive the necessary support and compensation. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding their injuries.
- Coordinate medical treatment for clients.
- Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers.
- Assist with property damage claims.
- Review medical records and discuss plan with personal injury team.
- Assist with investigation of liability.
Requirements
- Previous experience working on personal injury matters.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
