• Engage in communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
• Ensure the efficient and accurate handling of assigned cases to maintain workflow
• Offer overall support to the handling attorney

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Injury case management
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• High levels of organization with exceptional attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred (verbal and written)
