About the position

The Personal Injury Case Manager will play a crucial role in managing personal injury cases at a top firm in North Seattle. This position involves direct interaction with clients and insurance companies, as well as conducting thorough research and analysis of case-related documents. The Case Manager will handle a pre-litigation caseload of over 100 cases, ensuring smooth progression and effective communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with clients and insurance companies to ensure smooth case progression.
• Handle pre-litigation matters with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Obtain and manage treatment records, bills, balances, and liens related to each case.
• Conduct thorough research on case-related information and documents.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, recognizing the value of each team member.
• Uphold the firm's value of equality between attorneys and staff.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Personal Injury cases.
• Experience with FileVine or similar case management software preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in North Seattle.
