About the position
New South Medical is seeking an experienced medical Case Manager to join their interventional pain management practice in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing comprehensive case management services to clients, attorneys, and providers, focusing on the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of services related to personal injury care. The Case Manager will work Monday to Friday, ensuring effective delivery of services through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide case management services to clients, including referrals to providers and diagnostic centers.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and services provided.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in personal injury law or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong background in personal injury care.
