Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding their cases.
- Assist clients in scheduling medical treatments.
- Help clients with vehicle repair arrangements.
- Manage over 100 cases simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of personal injury law preferred.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong grammar and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
