The Personal Injury Case Manager at Gonzalez Torres Law is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and effective case management. This role involves providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, managing client communications, and maintaining organized case files.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
  • Data entry of new clients
  • Maintain communication with clients
  • Order medical records and bills
  • Prepare demand packages and ensure thorough file completion
  • Answer client calls and answer questions
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Monitor deadlines and juggle attorney and paralegal calendars

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Proven working experience in personal injury
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of case management software is a plus but not required
  • Computer literacy
