About the position

The Personal Injury Case Manager will play a crucial role in providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney in a rapidly-growing law practice. This full-time position focuses on delivering excellent client service and managing case-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to lawyers.
• Handle client communication and inquiries, ensuring clients feel seen and heard.
• Conduct new client onboarding and build current client files through data entry and paperwork collection.
• Locate and develop case relevant information.
• Consistently document and manage entry of client information within the case management system.
• Request, process, and compile client medical records and financials.
• Ensure timely and effective case management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy.
• CRM and case management software experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills.
• Two years of case management experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and the court system.
• Experience in personal injury law.
