Responsibilities
- Assisting with new client intakes
- Inputting cases into software
- Preparing and sending letters of representation
- Assisting clients with property damage claims
- Coordinating medical treatment and building strong cases
- Requesting and following up on medical records
- Contacting and keeping clients up to date on case progress throughout the case
- Accounting and disbursal of settlement funds
- Managing Auto Accident Property Damage Claims
- Opening Claims
- Updating clients
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in personal injury law
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
