The Personal Injury Case Specialist at Idiart Law Group plays a crucial role in onboarding new personal injury cases and guiding clients through the initial stages of their legal journey. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with office experience, providing an opportunity to work in the personal injury law sector without prior legal experience. The specialist will ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients and maintain accurate records throughout the case setup.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new clients by gathering and organizing initial documentation for new cases.
- Communicating with clients to collect essential information for case setup.
- Collaborating with the legal team to ensure thorough preparation of cases from the start.
- Maintaining detailed records to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinating with third parties to retrieve necessary documents.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Office experience is required (personal injury experience is not required).
- Excellent organizational and clerical abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to briefly communicate in Spanish.
