- Conduct initial client intake screenings, gathering essential information to assess case viability.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys on qualified leads.
- Answer phone calls, manage incoming inquiries, and provide basic information about the firm's services.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an intake coordinator at a law firm.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Familiarity with office software and case management systems like Lead Dockett and SmokeBall.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred, but not required.
