Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial pre-litigation caseload with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff to support case preparation and client communication.
• Maintain organized case files and correspondence.
• Open claims with adjusters and request medical records and bills with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate with Medical Providers and Insurance Adjusters effectively.
• Utilize MS Word and Outlook proficiently to facilitate communication and documentation processes.
• Exhibit strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to thrive in a busy legal environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in Arizona.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong clerical skills and a robust work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply but it is not a requirement.
