About the position

The Law Offices of Jaime A. Aird P.A. is looking for a skilled Pre-Suit Legal Assistant with a focus on personal injury law. This full-time position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of Plaintiff Personal Injury cases, from pre-suit through trial, and the ability to draft demand letters while navigating insurance laws effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule hearings and manage case calendars
• Perform e-filing and other administrative tasks
• Conduct client intake and maintain client communications
• Draft legal documents, including demand letters
• Manage and review medical records
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of pre-suit processes and insurance regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A.A. degree or equivalent, or Florida Registered Paralegal/Certified Paralegal certification

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a Legal Assistant for at least 2 years
