About the position

The Personal Injury Lien Negotiator at Accident Fighters, APC is responsible for negotiating medical liens and closing cases for clients who have been injured. This role requires a thorough understanding of medical billing, coding, and various lien laws, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with medical providers and clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Help with medical lien reductions with medical providers
• Review and determine accuracy of medical bills, health insurance amounts, retainers and update settlements accordingly
• Effectively communicate with doctor's offices and clients
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of medical records and bills
• Finalize breakdowns for clients
