Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
