About the position

The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will support a personal injury litigation practice by managing various legal documents, assisting in drafting legal requests and motions, and coordinating client interactions. This role is essential for ensuring that all legal processes are followed efficiently and effectively within the Texas legal framework.

Responsibilities

• Managing documents related to personal injury cases
• Calendaring deadlines and hearings
• Assisting with the drafting of written discovery requests and responses
• Conducting client interviews
• Coordinating service of process
• Assisting with the drafting of motions

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury law (2 years required)
• Valid Certified Notary Public license (preferred)
• Ability to commute to Fort Worth, TX 76107
• Ability to relocate to Fort Worth, TX 76107 before starting work
