We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience to join our dynamic legal team in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents in both state and federal courts, including proficiency in e-filing procedures.
• Prepare trial and hearing documents for cases in state and federal jurisdictions.
• Stay updated on evolving case law developments.
• Conduct thorough research and prepare legal memorandums.
• Provide insightful case analysis and strategic input on active matters.
• Manage documentation and data throughout the production and discovery process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in Oklahoma; Texas license is a bonus.
• Experience in oil and gas or personal injury is a major plus.
• Eagerness to acquire courtroom skills and evolve as a trial attorney.
• Ability to accept guidance while confidently engaging with clients.
