As a Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. This role will involve direct contact with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities

  • Drafting legal documents, including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, interrogatories, and other legal filings according to judicial procedures.
  • Conducting legal research and providing written analysis on statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources.
  • Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.

Requirements
