PKSD Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our general liability practice in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plaintiff's personal injury law and will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the effective management of our cases. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting from $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and provides an opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic legal environment. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be expected to work independently while maintaining a high level of organization. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and organizing accident reports, medical records, and claim information. You will also be tasked with reviewing and summarizing medical records, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented and easily accessible. Communication is key in this role, as you will be interacting directly with clients, adjusters, and attorneys on a daily basis, providing updates and gathering necessary information to support our cases. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is precise and complete. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, along with a Paralegal Certificate and at least two years of paralegal experience, particularly in personal injury law. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook, is essential for this role.
