Your responsibilities will include assisting attorneys with case preparation, which encompasses drafting legal documents, gathering and organizing evidence, and conducting legal research. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress. Managing case files is another key aspect of your role, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date. Additionally, you will coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain necessary information and documents. As the trial date approaches, you will assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. This multifaceted role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
