About the position

The Personal Injury Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys in managing personal injury cases, ensuring effective communication with clients and insurance adjusters, and maintaining accurate case documentation. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the legal process within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.
• Review and organize medical records and other relevant documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Interact with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims and settlements.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents as needed.
• Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in personal injury law or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Farsi or Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with medical records and insurance companies is beneficial.
