Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes of new clients
• Set up claims
• File no-fault applications
• Assist clients with lost wages, property damage, and provider bills
• Manage IMEs and EUOs
• Maintain direct contact with clients, insurance carriers, and their representatives
• Obtain medical records
• Prepare demand packages
• Draft pleadings, arbitration demands, and respond to discovery demands

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal in personal injury law
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves
