The Personal Injury Paralegal at Gorinshteyn & Watkins, LLC is responsible for supporting attorneys in managing personal injury cases. Responsibilities

• Manage attorney calendars and scheduling
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel's staff
• Draft and send emails, letters, and legal documents
• Draft and respond to discovery
• Draft demands and motions
• Help attorneys prepare for trial
• Perform any other administrative tasks to help the firm run smoothly

Requirements

• Two years of prior civil litigation experience in the personal injury field
• Skilled with Microsoft Office/Windows
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients and opposing parties
• Ability to take initiative and think critically
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure
• Ability to handle critique and willingness to grow
