The Personal Injury Paralegal will play a crucial role in managing a high volume of presuit personal injury cases, typically ranging from 80 to 100 cases at any given time. Bilingual candidates are preferred, as communication with a diverse client base is essential. Familiarity with case management systems, particularly Aderant Total Office (ATO), is advantageous but not mandatory. The role is based in-office, with multiple location options available in Florida, including Port St. Lucie, Boca Raton, Orlando, and Coral Springs. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, depending on the candidate's experience. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of presuit personal injury cases (80-100 cases)
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
  • Conduct legal research as needed
  • Coordinate with medical providers and other professionals for case support
  • Prepare and file legal documents in a timely manner
  • Monitor case progress and deadlines
  • Provide updates to clients regarding their case status

Requirements

  • Proven experience handling presuit personal injury cases
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases effectively
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Familiarity with case management systems, specifically Aderant Total Office (ATO) is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
