Burrow & Associates is seeking a Pre-litigation Paralegal/Case Manager to join our Duluth office. In this position, you will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from the initial report through to the handoff to litigation paralegals. You will discern personal injury reports, establish claims with adjusters, and draft necessary correspondence, including demands and letters of representation. Your organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining client files and ensuring confidentiality. You will also be expected to obtain and analyze medical records and bills, demonstrating a working knowledge of various insurance types, including automobile and health insurance. Collaboration is key in our firm, and you will work closely with a team to achieve our goals while taking direction from supervising attorneys. Attention to detail is essential, as you will independently handle an average caseload of personal injury cases.
