About the position

The Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine is seeking a motivated and organized Legal Assistant/Paralegal with experience in personal injury litigation. This full-time position involves managing litigation caseloads from inception through trial or resolution, ensuring exceptional client service, and supporting attorneys in trial preparation and discovery matters. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
• Scheduling court hearings, depositions, and trials, and preparing pleadings and letters.
• Managing attorney calendar and handling discovery matters, including requests and responses.
• Maintaining high standards of client contact and service.
• Receiving and calendaring all trial orders.
• Drafting initial witness and exhibit lists for attorney review.
• Calendaring and sending trial subpoenas in coordination with trial counsel.
• Preparing trial exhibits and ensuring compliance with court requirements for premarking.
• Facilitating requested demonstrative aids and technical needs for the trial.
• Ensuring timely filing of pretrial stipulations, jury instructions, and verdict forms by trial counsel.
• Obtaining trial court reporter and assisting with witness coordination.

Requirements

• 2+ years handling personal injury litigation matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated personality
• 4+ years of legal experience
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is beneficial but not mandatory
