About the position

The Personal Lines Account Executive will oversee the daily operations of the personal lines team, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient processing of insurance policies, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves supervising and mentoring a team of personal lines agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the personal lines team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Oversee customer service interactions, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies, implementing necessary changes and updates.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Active insurance license in personal lines required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
