• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience for our clients.

Requirements

• Possession of Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Prior experience in insurance customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to handle complex information with precision and accuracy.
• Dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Work effectively within a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Familiarity with insurance software systems and MS Office suite.
