About the position

The Personal Lines Account Manager at The Misch Group is responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. This role involves handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The position requires staying informed about industry trends and regulations to provide the best service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Work closely with producers to ensure a seamless client experience
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Active property and casualty insurance license
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
