About the position

The Personal Lines Account Manager at Pathway Insurance is responsible for servicing and selling personal lines insurance, primarily Auto and Home insurance. This role requires a well-organized individual with a strong background in property and casualty insurance, aiming to provide exceptional service to clients while also pursuing sales opportunities. Responsibilities

• Answering policyholder questions
• Making endorsement changes
• Re-marketing accounts
• Cross-selling insurance products
• Conducting policy reviews
• Reactivating cancelled accounts
• Sales activities related to personal lines insurance

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of continuous experience in service and sales duties in an independent property and casualty insurance agency
• Valid 220 P&C License
• Extensive organizational and procedural knowledge of servicing personal lines, property, and casualty accounts

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Hawksoft software
• Bilingual in Spanish
