Responsibilities

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to each client.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and prepare competitive quotes to ensure optimal protection.
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process, providing guidance and ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution to their claims.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and insurance products to offer clients knowledgeable and relevant advice.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a solid understanding of various coverage types and policy nuances.
  • Active state insurance license in Property & Casualty.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance client interactions.
