About the position

The Personal Lines Account Manager at HUB is responsible for servicing the day-to-day needs of insured clients and managing all aspects of client renewals. This role involves assisting with claim conflicts, soliciting referrals, and conducting full account reviews at renewal. The position requires strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to client management within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Service the day-to-day needs of insured clients.
• Manage the execution of all aspects of client renewals.
• Assist in resolving claim conflicts.
• Solicit referrals from clients.
• Provide a full account review at renewal.
• Maintain insured information in the agency management system (EPIC).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of insurance account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with EPIC agency management system is a plus.
