About the position

At HUB International, we are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Client Service Assistant to join our Florida Personal Lines team. This full-time position is integral to our operations, where the selected employee will assist Advisors with the processing of new business and support Account Managers in servicing all personal lines accounts. The role is designed to ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the company, contributing to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including new business processing, which involves entering information into our agency management system, issuing evidences, auto ID cards, and checking in policies. Additionally, the role includes creating summary spreadsheets and policy books, processing total account rewrites for account managers, and handling endorsements. The assistant will also be expected to maintain the department's marketing materials and internal documents, support advisors on marketing campaigns and events, and serve as a back-up receptionist as needed. Responsibilities

  • Assist Advisors with the processing of new business.
  • Support Account Managers with the servicing of all personal lines accounts.
  • Enter information into the agency management system.
  • Issue evidences and auto ID cards.
  • Check in policies and create summary spreadsheets and policy books.
  • Process total account rewrites for account managers.
  • Handle endorsements and provide support as needed to account managers.
  • Work the communication download log daily.
  • Maintain department marketing material and internal documents.
  • Support advisors on marketing campaigns and events.
  • Act as back-up receptionist as needed.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Florida 4-40 Customer Service license required; must be willing to obtain 20-44 or 2-20.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
