HUB International Limited is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our Florida Personal Lines team. In this role, the selected employee will assist Advisors with the processing of new business and support Account Managers in servicing all personal lines accounts. This position is crucial in ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. The primary responsibilities include processing new business, which involves entering information into the agency management system, issuing evidences, auto ID cards, and checking in policies. The assistant will also be tasked with creating summary spreadsheets and policy books, processing total account rewrites for account managers, invoicing policies and endorsements, and handling endorsements as needed. Daily tasks will also include working with the communication download log and maintaining department marketing materials and internal documents. Additionally, the assistant will support advisors on marketing campaigns and events and may serve as a back-up receptionist when required.
