About The Position
The CSR/Account Manager is responsible for assisting current and prospective home and auto insurance clients by ensuring their insurance needs are met and that they have the appropriate coverage for their situations. This role includes quoting and issuing new personal lines insurance policies, processing policy changes, and maintaining customer information. The position offers a remote work option one day a week after three months of employment and includes a new business bonus after the same period.
