Responsibilities

• Generate prospects and assist producers in selling Auto, Home, Commercial, and Health Insurance products.
• Identify and cultivate prospective clients using interpersonal skills and market insight.
• Tailor products and services to meet the needs of existing customers.
• Build strong relationships within the local community and organizations.
• Maintain open lines of communication for future sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Mid-level Property & Casualty License is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience handling Personal Insurance accounts.
• Courteous and professional telephone manner and appearance.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail, thorough and accurate.
