About the position
The Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer at NavSav is responsible for driving new business growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients. This role involves selling various insurance products, including auto, home, motorcycle, and umbrella insurance, while meeting monthly sales quotas and contributing to the agency's overall success.
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, and Umbrella Insurance.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and products.
- Overcome common sales objections effectively.
- Become familiar with products, services, and systems through agency training.
- Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
- Promote new business and cross-sell through various initiatives.
- Utilize inbound and outbound calls, develop referral partners, and leverage marketing and social media.
Requirements
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good operational computing skills, typing 45+ WPM.
- Confident self-starter who works well independently.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multi-task.
