About the position
The Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer at NavSav is responsible for driving new business growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients. This role is crucial for the agency's expansion and success, leveraging a wide range of insurance products to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Sell various insurance products including Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, and Umbrella Insurance.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and products, addressing common sales objections.
- Become familiar with products, services, and systems through agency training.
- Meet monthly sales quotas by adhering to established processes.
- Contribute to individual and agency success by promoting new business and cross-selling initiatives.
- Utilize multiple resources for success, including inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, and marketing through social media.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good operational computing skills, typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers).
- Confident self-starter who works well independently.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multi-task.
