About the position
The Personal Lines Sales Mentor at CoVerica Alliance plays a crucial role in supporting member agents by distributing quotes and bind requests, quoting and writing new business accounts, and mentoring new agents. This position emphasizes strong organizational and interpersonal skills to streamline communication and processes between agents and insurance carriers, ensuring efficient handling of new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Distribute quotes and bind requests to AccessPlus team members based on mentorship assignments.
- Review new business applications for completeness and contact member agents for missing information.
- Finalize quotes online with appropriate companies or submit to carriers based on their requirements.
- Issue policies through insurance carrier's website upon receipt of complete bind requests.
- Engage and mentor new agents on application completion and available insurance products.
- Meet and exceed assigned submission goals and time standards.
- Conduct quality assurance audits for bind confirmations received.
- Assist in planning and implementing ongoing training initiatives for member agents.
- Coordinate and assist with meetings for member agents.
- Create content for marketing materials such as newsletters and reports.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and insurance processes.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
