About the position

The Personal Lines Sales Producer at NavSav is responsible for driving new business growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. This role involves selling various insurance products, including auto, home, and motorcycle insurance, while meeting monthly sales quotas and contributing to the agency's overall success. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to working in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, and Umbrella Insurance.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and products, overcoming common sales objections.
  • Become familiar with products, services, and systems, participating in training provided by the agency.
  • Meet monthly sales quotas by following set processes.
  • Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business and cross-selling.
  • Utilize multiple resources for success, including inbound and outbound calls, developing referral partners, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty insurance license required.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good operational computing skills, typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers).
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multi-task.
