Your role will involve supporting underwriting workflow by following up on certain underwriting tasks and handling other administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to risk reports, change of address notifications, pending transactions, and other processing functions in the Diamond system. Monitoring the territory's book profile, new business quote activity, and retention figures will be part of your responsibilities, as well as alerting underwriting to issues or opportunities requiring further review. You will assist underwriters with backup support for emails and phone calls, research and gather needed information regarding coverage questions, state issues, and workflows, and refer to the underwriter or team leader when necessary.
