About the position
As a Personal Shopper at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to review customer orders and accurately locate and select merchandise from the sales floor. This position requires a keen attention to detail to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently. You will be expected to engage with customers in a friendly manner, greeting them with a smile and thanking them for their business, which is essential for maintaining a positive shopping environment. In addition to fulfilling orders, you will need to dispense customer orders quickly and accurately, even in varying weather conditions. This may involve working in different areas of the store, including those with varying temperatures such as freezers and coolers. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet for extended periods and to handle merchandise of various sizes and weights. You will be part of a team that values customer service and strives to meet the needs of our shoppers effectively. This is a full-time position with shifts available from 9 am to 6 pm, 11 am to 8 pm, or 1 pm to 10 pm. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing excellent service and are looking for permanent work, as temporary positions are not available.
