About the position

The Personal & Social Media Assistant will support a psychedelic life coaching and therapy business by managing social media marketing, e-commerce site operations, and personal assistant tasks. This versatile role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok using reels, product photos, and informational posts.
• Plan and manage social media strategies, including ad campaigns, to grow engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor and fulfill Shopify store orders, ensuring timely drop-off to shipping carriers.
• Package products, label bottles, and manage inventory.
• Handle personal assistant tasks such as running errands, scheduling, and hiring services.
• Assist with occasional event planning and other general or administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, Meta Ads, and/or social media marketing is a huge plus.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a creative problem-solving mindset are required.
• A clean background and driving record are necessary, along with having your own vehicle.
