About the position

As a Personal Support Assistant (PSA) / Caregiver at Dungarvin, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses. Responsibilities

• Provide personal and companion care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible in approach to caregiving.
• Observant and detail-oriented to ensure quality care.
• Ability to work as a positive role model and part of a team.
• Commitment to person-centered practices and creating a respectful environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in caregiving or human services is preferred but not mandatory.
