About the position
Equinox is seeking passionate and certified individuals to join their Personal Training team in San Francisco. This role offers an opportunity for both experienced trainers and recent graduates in Kinesiology and Exercise Science to develop their careers in a supportive and educational environment. Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during training sessions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Promote and sell personal training services to potential clients.
Requirements
- Current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
- Minimum of 6 months personal training experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, including weekends.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Computer literate and tech-savvy.
- CPR/AED certification required upon hire.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Kinesiology or Exercise Science.
- Former or current fitness leadership experience.
